A Key Debate on the Future of Premium Residential Properties

Our Managing Director, Javier Reguart, participated in the panel discussion “Living in Evolution: From Product to Experience – How the Premium Residential Market Is Evolving,” where he shared one of the central ideas defining the sector's transformation:

In premium residential properties, all key processes in the sales funnel —acquisition, viewing, and sale—must be approached from a Customer Experience perspective to connect emotionally with the client.

During his presentation, he highlighted how marketing in the prime segment has evolved toward a phygital model, based on immersive showrooms, 3D tours, realistic quality, and comprehensive support from reservation to after-sales service.

This approach responds to an increasingly demanding buyer:

  • An International profile and Central European origin (Polish, Dutch, Belgian, German) by 2025
  • Average age between 50 and 60 years.
  • Longer stays and actual use of the property as a leisure residence, less seasonal than a traditional second home.

In addition, our Director of International Agencies, Clara Taboada, presented Alatus's portfolio and the strategic areas in which we work to a large group of international partners:
